Service and operator

These terms govern your use of Tikkivo Countdown Timer, operated by Arturas Gotceitas, Įgulos g. 7-2, Šakių km., Kauno raj., Lietuva, contact [email protected]. By using the app on behalf of a store, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Free current offering

The app is currently free to use. It does not create subscriptions or charge usage fees. Your Shopify plan and other services remain subject to their own charges. If paid options are introduced, we will explain pricing and changes in advance and obtain any required explicit approval before charging. Installing the current free app does not authorize future charges.

Your campaigns and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your campaign content and authorize us to process and publish it as needed to provide the app. You are responsible for your content, links, permissions, storefront disclosures and compliance with laws and Shopify policies. Deadlines must reflect genuine offer conditions. Do not use the app for misleading urgency, unlawful promotions, infringement or malicious content.

The app displays time only. You must separately configure discounts and their expiry, stock availability and checkout rules. It does not reserve stock, enforce deadlines at checkout or guarantee sales. Browser-based evergreen timers are not a reliable way to identify a person or enforce eligibility. Verify your schedule, targeting, placement and mobile display before relying on a campaign.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the app useful and operating, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every theme or a particular business result. Shopify, browsers, hosting and network conditions can affect operation. Support is available by email without a guaranteed response time or service level. We may maintain, change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

Ending use

You can pause or delete campaigns and uninstall the app through Shopify. We may restrict access for unlawful use, material violations or security threats, proportionately and with notice where practicable. Our privacy notice explains data handling on uninstall and redaction.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated. Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any liability limitation applies only where lawful and reasonable; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

Law, changes and contact

Lithuanian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights and protections applicable to you. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution of a dispute; mandatory court and consumer rights remain unaffected. We will publish material revisions here and provide notice as required. Changes that require your consent will not take effect for you without it.
